Contains organic Oat Straw (Avena sativa), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Tulsi (Ocimum gratissimum), and Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
Directions
Brew 1 tbsp for 20 minutes to allow herbal properties to be extracted into your freshly boiled water. Can be served hot or iced. To brew a gallon, steep 1 oz of herb for at least one hour, up to overnight. Consume gallon within 2-3 days and keep refrigerated for freshness.
